The staff was genuine and the food was reasonably priced! Fabulous & attractive room. Modern facilities and soft beds. The outdoor bar was excellent and the drinks were tasty.

We had a standard room with comfy bed and a work desk, a multi-channel television and ironing facilities. The exceptional staff offered us an outstanding breakfast. The very good service and the attention to detail were stand outs! Lobby was efficient.

Complimentary breakfast with lots of options, fully booked and spotless place. Magnificent view of ocean. Their service was terrific too. Its location was ideal, adjacent to the airport, casino and restaurants.

great beds, pool bar was stylish. family room was brilliant, very well taken care of. i used shuttle service provided by the hotel too. there where efficient internet and good parking available. a short walk to the clean beach.

The place was clean and staff was cheerful. Near restaurants and casino, it was a bonus. Moreover, the area was great. Reasonably priced hotel with a nice service.

Staff were helpful, room was very clean and air-conditioned. For dinner, we went to nirvana bistro and lounge, it was easy walk to the venue

There were good amenities and service, it worked well for me. I slept so comfy in the really nice bed. Restaurant in hotel was pretty good and the pool area was lovely. Found in a relaxing part of the town. Also, casino fiesta was 1 km away, I could even walk there.

Came in Alajuela to relax and have fun, this hotel was unique base for doing it. Plenty of opportunities for the early flight.

The staff are extremely competent, the breakfast is sensational and the location is UNBEATABLE. It's tasteful with perfect beds. A beautiful beach, pleasant view.
